Returns Policy

We hope you love your order as much as we do, but we are happy to offer refunds and returns if things don’t go to plan.

Returns Process
  1. Drop us an email at hello@liliandmila.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order details and reason for return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to return your order. 
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs and the safe packing of returned items. We advise using tracked services and retaining proof of postage.
  3. Refunds will be notified via email. Accepted refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Returns Policy

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in a brand new saleable condition, unused and with tags attached in original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. We aim to review returns within 5 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. 

If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is returned in an unsaleable condition customers will be liable for postage costs to send the item back to the original address on the order.

Please note, we do not refund postage costs. Postage is paid direct to the carrier. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we’re not currently able to offer exchanges unless otherwise agreed at our discretion. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and make a new purchase. 

Faulty or Damaged items

Please check the items upon receiving your order and let us know if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll look into any issues with your order and respond as soon as possible. 

TikTok Orders

If you placed an order through TikTok Shop, you must also request a return via TikTok Shop before returning any items to us.
